1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JollofBoard ("the Service"), a leaderboard platform built by JupNigeria for Nigerian traders using Jupiter products. By accessing or using our Service at jollofboard.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, traders, contributors, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

JollofBoard is a leaderboard platform that:

• Tracks trading activities on Jupiter Protocol products (Perpetuals, Aggregator V6, Order Engine, Lend & Earn)
• Calculates and awards JollofPoints based on trading performance
• Displays rankings on national and squad (state-based) leaderboards
• Manages referral programs and rewards
• Provides analytics and statistics for traders

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a resident of Nigeria or have a valid connection to Nigeria
• Have a valid Google account for authentication
• Have a Solana wallet address
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Our Service includes a referral program that allows you to earn bonuses by referring other users:

• You may share your unique referral code with others
• Referral bonuses are awarded according to our current rules
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) is prohibited
• We may disqualify referrals that violate these Terms

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means
• Create multiple accounts to game the referral system
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JupNigeria and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOLLOFBOARD AND JUPNIGERIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses
• Any errors or inaccuracies in transaction tracking or point calculations
• Service interruptions, delays, or unavailability
• Any losses incurred from trading activities
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JollofBoard, JupNigeria, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your trading activities and decisions

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change point values, rules, or leaderboard calculations
• Terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Remove or modify content at our discretion

We may terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
